An introduction to gymnastics fundamentals for boys and girls, these classes work through our preschool gymnastics award programme to develop balance, co-ordination and strength in a safe, FUN and positive environment. The sessions are fully coach led by our trained British Gymnastics preschool coaches, and promote independence as well as physical and cognitive development through play based learning.
